Here at Peak we seek to provide the best detailing service experience. We want to also thank you for considering our services and point out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find these policies listed below helpful and informative.
When you schedule an appointment with Peak we require a 20% non-refundable booking fee. This fee is applied to the final bill at the completion of service.
Peak Auto Detailing understands that "Life Happens" and things can be out of our hands. We ask that you please provide us with a 24-hour notice of cancellation. You are able to reschedule with no new fee attached. If service is canceled inside 24 hours you will forfeit your deposit.
Peak Auto Detail must conduct an in-person consultation with you and the vehicle before we can provide you the total cost and estimate the time to complete before we accept a job. We reserve rights to adjust any over-the-phone cost estimates or time estimates after we have visually inspected the vehicle. If vehicle conditions change from the time the vehicle was inspected to the time of scheduled appointment, the cost of service may change. In this instance we will notify you to get approval prior to work starting.
If you have special requests please let us know at the time the service order is written. Any alterations or changes after the initial service package order has been issued may result in an extra charge. Any alterations or charges to the initial service package order must be approved in writing between you and Peak Auto Detail before any extra work begins. Any changes to fees and/or time, be it verbal or in writing, will not affect the substance of this agreement and all the terms herein will still apply with the new rate and/or time.
It can be difficult to find pre-existing damages during initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge. Due to this if a, Peak Auto Detail, representative finds any item that is not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Peak Auto Detail responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.
Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks, should a Peak Auto Detail representative find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however Peak Auto Detail will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Also, during the course of paint correction, other paint defects may become evident and we will not be responsible for these pre-existing paint imperfections; smaller scratches, swirls and other defects tend to hide and mask more serious and deeper scratches that will then be more easily seen after paint correction. Peak Auto Detail will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware.
Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind. This includes Child Car Seat, see below for more information.
Due to child safety and liability reasons, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that clients remove their car seats and booster seats prior to appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction. This includes Infant Carrier Bases
At Peak Auto Detailing we want you to understand that the doors, tailgate, trunk and hood may be open for extended periods and may cause battery discharge. By agreeing to the terms on this page you give Peak Auto Detail permission to utilize either a battery charger or disconnect battery to ensure battery charge.
Our service times are only an estimate. Your vehicle may take more or less time to complete the agreed upon services. Keep in mind that we strive for excellence and want to provide the best quality work.
When scheduling services with Peak Auto Detail, you give us the right to post and use photos and/or videos of your vehicle before, during and after the service is performed. We do not identify our clients by name without their permission before-hand.
When your vehicles desired work is complete we will do a total walk around and inspect the finished auto detail. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied we will do our best to make it right. All service claims must be presented in person within 24 hours of completed service.
